Mail settings
By default, Combeenation sends all emails via its own mail server ( no-reply@combeenation.com ). If you prefer that your customers do not receive emails through this server, we offer two alternatives:
-
Configure your own SMTP server
Use your own mail infrastructure for full control over email delivery. -
Define sending domains
Authorize Combeenation’s mail server to send emails using your domains (via SPF/DKIM settings).
Affected mails
-
Invitation mail
-
Mails sent during a configuration or Checkout
-
Quote mails
-
Quote notification mails
-
Test mails on the mail setting dialog
SMTP settings
Go to your Company settings page → email, activate “Use SMTP settings“ and fill out the fields.
The sender mail address will be used as the FROM address for above mentioned mails. The sender name can optionally be set.
If the connection is misconfigured, users will not receive emails. Use "Send Test Mail" to verify the connection.
